Customer stories

Proof from systems that have to work.

We believe customer stories should show what changed, what was built, how it was governed, and what the organization can now do, not simply list technologies.

The National Mall Gateway digital learning experience, built on Microsoft Azure

Microsoft Customer Story

Trust for the National Mall

A national-scale digital learning experience built on Microsoft Azure.

The Trust for the National Mall needed a digital experience capable of supporting public learning around America’s 250th anniversary.

Centered Networks helped design and build the National Mall Gateway on Microsoft Azure, combining cloud engineering and responsible AI around trusted source material. We are the Microsoft Azure architecture lead and ongoing Azure infrastructure provider, with application development delivered with project partners.

How we write customer stories

Evidence over adjectives.

Every customer story we publish is written to answer seven questions:

  1. What was the operating problem?
  2. What was the measurable before-state?
  3. What did Centered Networks change or build?
  4. Which Microsoft capabilities were involved?
  5. What governance and security controls mattered?
  6. What changed after deployment?
  7. What does the customer measure now?

Bring us a system that needs to become more intelligent, and more governable.
