Centered Networks
Built to operate what AI makes possible.
Centered Networks combines Microsoft engineering, managed services, security, data, application development, and AI into one operating partner for mission-driven and regulated organizations. Our roots are in running the technology organizations depend on every day. Managed Intelligence is the next layer of that work: putting Copilot and agents into production and staying accountable for what happens after launch.
Why we exist
Mission-driven organizations deserve more than a scaled-down enterprise playbook.
Nonprofits, foundations, and rural healthcare organizations often face the same security, data, AI, and governance questions as much larger institutions—with far fewer internal specialists available to answer them.
Centered Networks was built around that gap.
We have been at this since 2014. The vast majority of that time has been spent serving mission-driven organizations—and our team also carries years of enterprise delivery for organizations including eBay, Adobe, Robert Half International, and Agilon Health. That combination is deliberate: enterprise-grade engineering discipline, applied at a scale and price mission-driven organizations can actually use.
We bring together the disciplines that now converge around AI so customers do not have to build separate internal teams—or coordinate a different vendor—for Microsoft 365, security, cloud, data, automation, applications, Copilot, and agent operations.
From managed services to Managed Intelligence
The work changed. Our operating model changed with it.
Managed infrastructure
Keep networks, systems, users, and applications available.
Managed cloud
Operate Microsoft 365 and Azure as the organization’s technology foundation.
Managed intelligence
Operate the identity, data, copilots, agents, automations, AI consumption, governance, and measurement that now sit on top of that foundation.
The earlier layers do not disappear. They become the foundation under the new one.
What makes Centered Networks different
One operating partner, six reasons it works
Microsoft depth across five solution areas
Modern Work, Security, Infrastructure (Azure), Data & AI (Azure), and Digital & App Innovation (Azure).
Engineering + operations
The same company can design the roadmap, build the system, secure the environment, and operate it after deployment.
Governance-first AI
We treat identity, permissions, sensitive data, human approval, agent ownership, and lifecycle as part of the architecture—not paperwork after the build.
Sector context
Our delivery model is shaped around the staffing, governance, budget, and trust realities of nonprofits, foundations, and rural healthcare.
Productized paths
Customers can start with a defined first engagement instead of buying an undefined transformation program.
Microsoft-native by default
We start with the capabilities customers already own and add new technology only when the use case requires it.
The team behind the work
A cross-disciplinary Microsoft practice.
Our work spans the disciplines that now converge around AI on the Microsoft platform.

- Application engineering
- Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Copilot Studio and Power Platform
- Microsoft Foundry and Azure AI
- Agent governance and operations
How we think about AI
Useful. Governed. Measurable. Human where it matters.
We do not believe every process should become autonomous.
We do believe organizations can create significant capacity by giving people better intelligence and giving well-defined workflows carefully governed agents.
Our job is to help customers choose where that makes sense, build it correctly, and operate it with enough discipline that leadership can understand what the AI is doing and why.
Flagship proof
Trust for the National Mall
Centered Networks built the National Mall Gateway on Microsoft Azure for the Trust for the National Mall, a project featured as a Microsoft Customer Story.
It is an example of the breadth behind the Managed Intelligence model: cloud architecture, application engineering, trusted information, AI, security, and production operations working together.
If AI is becoming part of how your organization works, it should become part of how your technology partner operates.
