About Centered Networks
The Managed Intelligence Provider for mission-driven organizations.
For more than 20 years, Centered Networks has run Microsoft environments for nonprofits, foundations, and rural hospitals. We built a productized AI practice on top of that foundation, and we operate it every day for the sector the major AI services firms will not reach.
Our story
Centered Networks was founded on a simple belief: mission-driven organizations deserve the same technical depth as the largest enterprises, without the cost and complexity that usually comes with it. Over two decades, we built deep expertise in the work that matters to nonprofits, foundations, and rural hospitals: lean teams, real compliance pressure, and the constant requirement to do more with less. That context shapes every engagement and every technical recommendation we make.
In 2026, MSP industry analysts at Pax8 and Inforcer named the category that replaces the traditional Managed Services Provider: the Managed Intelligence Provider, or MIP. Around the same window, Anthropic and OpenAI launched standalone enterprise services firms to bring forward-deployed AI engineering to mid-market companies. Neither will reach a 40-person community foundation or a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital. The unit economics do not bend that far down. We built the first MIP specifically for the mission-driven sector those firms will not serve, and we run it on the Microsoft platform our clients already trust. Read the position paper.

What sets us apart
What sets us apart
Mission-sector focus
We work with nonprofits, foundations, and rural hospitals. Your compliance reality and your budget reality aren’t a side project for us; they shape every recommendation we make.
Five Microsoft designations, including Data and AI
Modern Work, Security, Infrastructure (Azure), Data and AI (Azure), and Digital and App Innovation (Azure). Most Microsoft partners hold one or two. The Data and AI designation specifically validates our AI practice.
Security is the foundation
Every AI engagement starts with identity, data classification, sensitivity labels, and responsible-AI policy. Security isn’t a separate conversation from AI; it’s the first chapter.
A productized AI practice
The four-stage Centered AI Practice: AI Quickstart, Agent Launchpad, Frontier Transformation, and Managed AgentOps. Fixed prices. Fixed durations. Named structural promises at every stage.
Engineering, not slides
Every Centered Networks engineer is fully Microsoft-certified in the technologies they support. We bring the engineering layer that turns strategy into deployed systems.
A Microsoft Customer Story
We built the National Mall Gateway on Microsoft Azure for the Trust for the National Mall: the digital civic education platform for America’s 250th anniversary, featured as a Microsoft Customer Story.
How we deliver
One MIP. Two products. One platform.
The Centered AI Practice is the engagement model: a productized ladder from first diagnostic to managed operations. CompleteCare is the platform it runs on: a seven-tier Microsoft-anchored stack that keeps the foundation, the governance, and the security as load-bearing as the AI itself.
Engagement model
The Centered AI Practice
Four stages, each priced, each timed, each with a named structural promise. AI Quickstart (two-week diagnostic). Agent Launchpad (six-week production agent). Frontier Transformation (ninety-day, multi-agent). Managed AgentOps (continuous operations). Buy any stage standalone or run the full ladder.
Platform
CompleteCare
Seven capability tiers, each independently buyable. Foundations and Govern run the operational base. Shield is the security layer. Automate, Insight, Construct, and Intelligence are where applied AI workflows live. No bundling pressure. No forced sequence.
Microsoft partnership
Microsoft partnership
A Microsoft Solutions Partner across five disciplines: Modern Work, Security, Infrastructure (Azure), Data and AI (Azure), and Digital and App Innovation (Azure). Every designation verified by Microsoft. Most Microsoft partners hold one or two.
