Customer zero

We run our company on agents, on the same Microsoft architecture we build for you.

A roster of agents researches, drafts, checks, and reports across our sales, marketing, and operations on a Microsoft-native architecture: Copilot Studio agents, Power Platform workflow, and Dynamics 365 as the system of record. A person approves everything that leaves the building, and nonprofits can license the same tools at nonprofit prices.

The roster

Twelve agents, one rule: they draft, a person decides.

This is how a small firm covers the work of a much larger one. Every agent below runs in draft-only mode against our own business.

The agents Centered Networks runs on its own business
Agent Group What it does The rule
Signal Scout Find Finds and verifies buying triggers from public sources: grant awards, RFPs, leadership changes, and program announcements. Never contacts anyone.
Revenue Radar Find Turns verified signals into one daily packet for a seller: who, why now, and the evidence. Recommends only. A person starts every follow-up.
Outreach drafter Win Researches the organization and drafts a first note and replies in our voice. Drafts only. An independent check passes first, then a person sends.
Deal strategist Win Maps the buying committee and drafts proposals, statements of work, and RFP responses. Nothing is submitted or priced without a person.
Inbound coordinator Win Triages form fills and booking requests and drafts the reply and the handoff. No sends or invites without a person.
Marketing engine Grow Turns real conversations and questions into drafted articles, posts, and case studies. Never publishes. A person edits everything.
Search growth Grow Audits the website, finds the questions buyers ask, and proposes page changes. Proposes changes. A person merges them.
Partner and co-sell Grow Prepares Microsoft co-sell and partner readiness work. No partner outreach or registration without a person.
RevOps analyst Run Audits the CRM, the pipeline, and attribution, and flags drift. Read-only. Changes are proposals.
Account health Run Watches renewals and client health and prepares quarterly reviews. No client contact without a person.
Chief of staff Run Writes the daily brief, prepares meetings, and tracks follow-ups. A person approves each action.
Claims and evidence checker Check Grades every claim in a draft against our approved claims before a person sees it. A pass is never permission to act.

The rules

The same rules we put on your agents.

  • Draft first. No agent sends, publishes, signs, or changes a price. A named person approves each one.
  • Checked before a person sees it. A separate checker agent grades claims against our approved list, so a reviewer spends time on judgment, not fact-finding.
  • One system of record. Agents read from Dynamics 365 and propose changes; they do not keep their own copy of the truth.
  • Least access. Each agent gets only the data its job needs, and most are read-only.
  • Client data stays with the client. These agents work on our business. Your data is never used to run or train them.
Autonomy is earned, one rung at a time
Autonomy is earned, one rung at a time. Five rungs: observe, draft, recommend, gated execution, and bounded autonomy. An agent moves up only when its evaluations support it. A marker shows our own agents at the draft rung today.

The architecture

The Microsoft architecture behind our agents, and yours.

Each layer has one job and one owner, and governance runs through all of them. Copilot Studio is where people meet the agents, Dynamics 365 and Dataverse hold the truth, and Power Automate does the work a rule already knows.

The Microsoft-native agent architecture
The Microsoft-native agent architecture. Six layers with a governance column. Where people work: Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Copilot. Business agents in Copilot Studio. Durable orchestration with Microsoft Agent Framework and Durable Task. Specialists and workflow in Microsoft Foundry and Power Automate. Tools and connectors: Power Platform connectors, MCP servers, and Azure Functions. The system of record in Dynamics 365 and Dataverse, SharePoint, GitHub, and Azure. Governance on every layer: Microsoft Agent 365, Microsoft Entra Agent ID, evaluation gates, human approval, and a run record.

Every run records its objective, the evidence, the tools it used, who approved it, and the verified result. What we learn running our own agents goes straight into Agent Launchpad and Managed AgentOps.

Why it matters for nonprofits

A nonprofit can run this same pattern, at nonprofit prices.

An AI-native nonprofit needs the same four pieces we use: a place for people to work with AI, a way to build agents, flows to connect them, and one system of record. Microsoft sells all four, and discounts them for qualifying nonprofits.

  1. Work with AI

Microsoft Copilot Chat comes with Microsoft 365. Business Basic is free for up to 300 users, and Business Premium is up to 75% off.

  2. Build agents

Start with five free nonprofit agents in Copilot Chat, then build production agents in Copilot Studio. Microsoft Copilot (formerly Microsoft 365 Copilot) carries nonprofit pricing.

  3. Connect the work

Power Automate flows move work between people, agents, and systems, inside your tenant and its controls. Power Platform carries nonprofit pricing.

  4. Keep one record

Dynamics 365 (nonprofit-priced) or Dataverse, or the CRM and grants system you already run. Agents read from it; they do not replace it.

Published nonprofit prices for each of these are in our 2026 nonprofit licensing guide.

Agents for your sector

Start with the agent built for your kind of organization.

Every organization keeps its own source of truth: a donor CRM, a grants management system, or an EHR. Each agent starts there.
