Part of Microsoft Copilot
Microsoft Copilot training for the licenses you already pay for.
Centered Networks runs two fixed-fee programs for organizations whose staff already have Microsoft Copilot (formerly Microsoft 365 Copilot): five live training sessions, or a one-month department accelerator that leaves leadership with usage evidence for the renewal decision.
- Copilot 5-Day Training
- $6,000 fixed, five sessions
- Copilot Department Accelerator
- $12,000 fixed, one month
What you get
- Admins trained on the Copilot billing, governance, and tenant controls, and users working in Copilot across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
- A first custom agent built in Copilot Studio on your own content
- Department use cases built into daily work, with utilization reported to leadership (Accelerator)
Microsoft bills your Copilot licenses, and any usage-based Copilot charges, directly. Neither is part of our fee. Copilot shows each person whatever they can already open, so when you do not know what is overshared we recommend an oversharing review first.
A short form. We reply within one business day. Still deciding whether Copilot is worth it? See Copilot Kickstart, or take the three-minute Opportunity Finder.
Licensed is not used
The licenses are bought. The habits are not.
A familiar pattern: licenses are assigned, one overview session runs, a few enthusiasts keep going and everyone else goes back to the old way of working. When renewal comes around, leadership has little to go on. These two programs close that gap. One teaches every licensed user and admin the product in five sessions. The other spends a month building Copilot into the daily work of five departments and measures what sticks.
Skills for everyone, or habits by department.
Start with the 5-Day Training and add the Accelerator once staff know the basics, or run either one on its own.
| Copilot 5-Day Training | Copilot Department Accelerator | |
|---|---|---|
| Best when | Licenses are assigned and users and admins need to learn the product. | Staff know the basics and each department needs Copilot in its own work. |
| Format | Five live, remote, instructor-led sessions for users and admins. | One month of department-by-department use cases and persona-based, hands-on training. |
| You leave with | Admins who know the Copilot billing, governance, and tenant controls, users working in it across the Office apps, and a first agent built in Copilot Studio. | A use-case library per department, use cases running in daily work, and utilization reported to leadership. |
| Fee | $6,000 fixed | $12,000 fixed |

Scope either program in a short form. We reply within one business day.
Kickstart decides where Copilot scales. These programs make the licenses you own pay off.
Copilot shows each person whatever they can already open, so a file shared with everyone years ago can turn up in an answer today. When you do not know what is overshared, we recommend readiness and oversharing work first (see Secure & govern Microsoft and what to check before you enable Copilot). It is a recommendation, not a requirement for training.
Choose training or the Accelerator when
- Copilot licenses are already assigned, or the purchase is decided
- Staff have the product but use it rarely or only for simple tasks
- Admins need to understand the Copilot controls they now own
- Leadership wants usage evidence before the next renewal
Choose something else when
- You are still deciding whether Copilot is worth it, and for which roles. Start with Copilot Kickstart ($15,000, four weeks): a governed pilot and a board-ready decision before broad rollout.
- The work needs a persistent agent that takes action in your systems. Move to Agent Launchpad.
- You want Copilot and agents run for you month to month. See CompleteCare Intelligence.
Frequently asked questions about Copilot training.
Do we need Microsoft Copilot licenses first?
Yes, or a decision to buy them. Both programs are for organizations whose staff already have Microsoft Copilot or will soon. If you are still deciding whether Copilot is worth it, and for whom, Copilot Kickstart is the better first step.
How is this different from Copilot Kickstart?
Copilot Kickstart is a governed pilot that ends in a written decision on whether and where Copilot should scale. These programs start after that question is answered: the licenses are owned, and the job is getting staff to use them well.
Do we have to fix oversharing before training?
It is not required, but we recommend it when you do not know what is overshared. Copilot shows each person whatever they can already open, so a readiness and oversharing review usually comes first. We will tell you on the scoping call whether it matters for your tenant.
Is Microsoft licensing included?
No. Microsoft bills Copilot licenses and any usage-based charges, such as Copilot Credits for Copilot Cowork, directly. Neither is part of our fee.
Do you guarantee adoption or a return on the licenses?
No. Adoption depends on leadership, role fit, workflow design, and the product itself. The Accelerator tracks utilization by department and reports it to leadership, so the renewal decision rests on evidence rather than impressions.
Which departments does the Accelerator cover?
Five: HR, Finance, Sales and development, IT, and Marketing. Each gets use cases chosen with its department head and training built around the people who do the work.
Put the Copilot licenses you already pay for to work.
Tell us which program interests you, roughly how many people have Copilot licenses, and which departments matter most. We confirm scope on a short call and get the sessions on the calendar.
