Rather we handle the whole setup? We install them for a pilot group, point them at your website and sources, and train your staff. That is the $2,500 Nonprofit Agents Launch, credited in full against Nonprofit Agents Pro within 60 days if you go on to connect the agents to your own files.

Meet your new staff

Five roles you already have. Five agents that help them.

  • Development

    For whoever raises the money
Which donors are lapsing, and what should I say to the top ten?Draft a thank-you for a $2,500 first-time gift to our after-school program.
  • Grants

    For whoever writes the applications
Here’s a 60-page RFP. Give me eligibility, deadlines, and how it’s scored.Do we actually fit this funder’s priorities? Be honest about where we’re weak.
  • Communications

    For whoever tells the story
Draft this month’s newsletter from these program updates.Rewrite this flyer in plain language for the families we serve.
  • Programs

For whoever runs and reports on the work
Turn our after-school program into a logic model. We served 40% fewer people than projected. Help me explain it honestly.
  • Executive Director Support

    For you
Assemble our Q3 board packet from these documents.Prep me for tomorrow’s meeting with our largest funder.

Each of these is a real starter prompt built into the agent. Every agent ships with nine or ten.

Why they’re safe to try

The agents are free. The rules are the product.

Anyone can hand you a chatbot. You need a colleague that won’t make up a number for a grant report. Every agent carries the same eight rules:

  1. Never invent a fact. No number, date, name, or quote it can’t trace to what you gave it.
  2. Drafts only. It can’t send, post, submit, or file. A person does.
  3. Protect the people in the stories. No participant named or pictured without recorded consent.
  4. Leave sensitive data alone. It won’t ask for donor records, case details, or health information.
  5. Money is prepared, never moved.
  6. Say what it doesn’t know, and ask one clear question instead of guessing.
  7. Respect nonprofit law. Gift acknowledgments, restricted funds, and lobbying limits get flagged for your accountant or counsel, never improvised.
  8. Write like you, not like an AI. It asks for a past newsletter or appeal before drafting anything a donor or funder will read.

The free agents only know what you paste into the chat and what’s on the public web. They can’t see your files or email. That’s deliberate, and it’s why they cost nothing.

What you get

Everything you need to have them drafting this week.

  • Five agent packages for Copilot Chat in Microsoft 365, set up with you on a short call.
  • The install guide, two ways: try them yourself in about ten minutes, or have your admin publish them to a pilot group.
  • The three settings to check first, including the one that decides whether anyone at your organization can install an agent at all.
  • Three first-week tasks per agent, so your staff start with work that matters.
  • One paragraph you can read to your board about how your organization is using AI.

Questions

Before you submit.

Is it actually free?

Yes, for anyone with a Microsoft 365 or Office 365 work account. Microsoft includes Copilot Chat at no additional cost, and agents that work only from their instructions and public websites carry no additional Microsoft charge. Microsoft sets those terms; we last checked them on October 6, 2026.

Do I need an IT person?

You need someone with Microsoft 365 admin rights for the setup. We walk them through it on the call, or we install the agents for you.

Can the agents see our files or email?

Not these versions. They see only what a person pastes into the chat and the public web. Connecting them to your own files is a separate step, scoped site by site, and Microsoft bills that use separately.

Will an agent ever send something on its own?

No. These agents have no way to send email, post, or submit anything. They draft; a person decides.

What happens after I submit?

You pick a time for a 15-minute call, and we get the five agents into your Microsoft 365 with you. A confirmation arrives by email from Chris. After that, occasional notes on AI at nonprofits. Unsubscribe any time.
