Why a Sprint, not a call

The job is insight, not pitch.

Two weeks, a structured methodology, and a deliverable your board can act on regardless of whether you work with us next.

  • Named, productized offer. Not a discovery call, not a free consultation, not a sales meeting. A structured engagement with deliverables.
  • Time-bounded. Two weeks, scoped, with a defined end. Reduces the commitment anxiety of an open-ended engagement.
  • Outcome-clear. No commitment beyond insight. You get the roadmap, you decide what to do with it.
  • Microsoft-aligned. Uses Microsoft’s Envisioning & PoC for Agents scenario analysis and prioritization framework: the same methodology Microsoft is asking partners to use.

What you get

Four deliverables you can take straight to leadership.

Written in the language a board, a funder, or a compliance reviewer can act on.

Deliverable

Prioritized AI use cases

The top three to five AI use cases for your organization, ranked by mission impact, technical feasibility, and time to value. With specific owners and the workflows they touch.

Deliverable

Business case with KPIs

A board-ready business case for each prioritized use case (hours saved, cases routed, denial appeals filed, board reports drafted) tied to the specific outcomes your leadership can measure.

Deliverable

90-day implementation roadmap

A phased plan to go from where you are to production AI in 90 days. Secure (weeks 3 to 8), deploy (weeks 8 to 12), and the governance work that runs alongside.

Deliverable

Governance readiness assessment

A direct answer to the question your board is asking: can we deploy Microsoft 365 Copilot and custom agents safely, and if not, what specifically has to happen first? Identity, data classification, sensitivity labels, and responsible-AI policy gaps surfaced and ranked.

Who this is for

A Sprint is right for leadership teams who need a credible plan.

  • Nonprofits, foundations, and rural hospitals whose boards are asking “what’s our AI strategy?”
  • Leadership teams who need a credible 90-day plan before they request budget.
  • IT directors who want to deploy Microsoft 365 Copilot but need the governance baseline first.
  • Organizations evaluating Microsoft 365 Copilot licensing and needing a go / not-yet verdict.
  • Not for: organizations that want a free pitch deck. The Sprint produces a real roadmap; the work is structured and the time is committed.

We build what we recommend.

We built the National Mall Gateway, the digital civic education platform for America’s 250th anniversary, on Microsoft Azure for the Trust for the National Mall. The platform serves 360-degree virtual tours, lesson plans, custom itineraries, and accessibility-first features to an expected 50 million visitors during 2026. We developed a custom generative AI model in Microsoft Foundry to draft educational resources from vetted National Park Service content, and built the infrastructure with Terraform for near-instant disaster recovery. The project is featured as a Microsoft Customer Story.
