Know exactly where AI should go next.

In a focused Centered Networks Discovery Sprint, we map your current Microsoft environment, highest-value AI opportunities, existing AI and shadow-AI use, governance gaps, dependencies, and next 90 days. You leave with a plan built around your actual organization, not another generic AI roadmap.

Request My AI Roadmap

A focused, paid Discovery Sprint · No requirement to continue beyond the roadmap

  • Microsoft Solutions Partner · Five solution-area designations
  • Microsoft 365 · Copilot · Security · Azure · Data & AI
  • Built for organizations running on Microsoft

What you leave with

A roadmap built around decisions, not buzzwords.

Current-state map

Where Microsoft 365, security, data, Copilot, agents, automation, and AI use stand today.

AI and shadow-AI picture

What sanctioned and unsanctioned AI is already in use, what can be observed from available Microsoft signals, and where policy or governance needs to catch up.

Readiness and governance gaps

The identity, permission, security, data, policy, or operational issues that would block responsible scale.

Prioritized use cases

The workflows with the best combination of business value, feasibility, governance fit, and time to impact.

90-day sequence

What should happen first, what depends on it, and what can wait.

Microsoft architecture

The Microsoft capabilities likely to support the plan, including what you already own and what may require additional licensing or consumption.

Success measures

The operational and business measures that should be captured before implementation so value can be measured later.

Engagement path

The specific Centered Networks offer or project—if any—that fits the next step. You do not have to choose it before the roadmap.

We start from your actual state

Wherever you are, the roadmap meets you there.

“We are early.”

You need readiness, security, governance, and a practical AI use-case portfolio.

“We have Copilot.”

You need adoption, role-based scenarios, knowledge readiness, admin controls, and value measurement.

“We are building agents.”

You need workflow selection, production architecture, environments, identity, testing, and lifecycle management.

“We already have a lot of AI.”

You need inventory, ownership, cost visibility, governance, security, consolidation, and an operating model.

The Discovery Sprint

Focused work. Written decisions.

The 90-Day AI Roadmap is delivered through a focused Centered Networks Discovery Sprint: structured interviews, Microsoft-environment review, use-case prioritization, dependency analysis, and a written executive roadmap. The exact depth of technical review depends on the licenses, telemetry, and access available in your tenant.

The output is a written 90-day roadmap and executive readout. It belongs to you whether or not Centered Networks performs the next phase.

01

Understand the business

Where is capacity constrained? Which outcomes matter? Which decisions must remain human?

02

Understand the environment

What is already licensed, deployed, shared, governed, measured, or unmanaged?

03

Prioritize the work

Score use cases against value, feasibility, dependencies, risk, and time to impact.

04

Sequence the next 90 days

Name the work, owners, dependencies, measures, and recommended engagement path.

Who should be involved

Bring the people who own the consequences.

The strongest roadmap combines business and technology context. Depending on your organization, that may include:

  • Executive sponsor
  • Microsoft 365 / IT owner
  • Security or compliance lead
  • Operations leader
  • Data / reporting owner
  • Department leader for a priority workflow

You do not need a formal AI team before you begin.

What we will ask

Questions worth answering anyway.

  • Where is staff capacity most constrained?
  • Which workflows are repetitive and measurable?
  • What AI tools are already in use?
  • What Microsoft licenses and capabilities are already available?
  • What data is sensitive?
  • Where are permissions or sharing hard to explain?
  • Which decisions must remain human?
  • What would leadership need to see to expand the program?
  • What outcome would make the next 90 days worthwhile?

Commercial model

Fixed scope before kickoff.

The 90-Day AI Roadmap is a paid engagement. We confirm the scope, required tenant access, stakeholder time, timeline, and fixed fee before kickoff.

Microsoft licensing and consumption are separate and sized during scope.

Microsoft programs may help fund or accelerate eligible engagements. Availability, customer eligibility, workload eligibility, and investment amount depend on Microsoft’s current program rules and are confirmed before scope. Microsoft funding is not guaranteed — it is never assumed in the price.

Questions

What the roadmap is, and what it is not.

Is this a sales discovery call?

No. A discovery call is a conversation about fit. The 90-Day AI Roadmap is paid work that produces written deliverables and an executive readout you keep.

Do we have to use Centered Networks for implementation?

No. The roadmap is yours. If one of our products fits the next step, we will name it. If the right next move is internal work, a Microsoft licensing change, a different vendor, or waiting, the roadmap should say that.

What if we already have Microsoft 365 Copilot?

That is a common starting point. The work shifts toward adoption, role-based scenarios, permissions, knowledge readiness, measurement, and whether custom agents add value beyond Copilot itself. If the answer is a governed pilot, that is Copilot Kickstart.

What if we already have agents?

Then the roadmap focuses more heavily on inventory, ownership, governance, identity, telemetry, cost, consolidation, and the operating model for the existing fleet. That work often continues into Managed AgentOps.

Will you find shadow AI?

We assess what can be established from interviews, policy, and the Microsoft telemetry available in your environment. Tool-level visibility depends on the licenses, data sources, and controls you have enabled. We will not claim visibility the tenant cannot technically provide.

What happens next?

The roadmap may point to M365 InstantOn, Copilot Kickstart, Agent Launchpad, Frontier Transformation, Managed AgentOps, a CompleteCare service, a data or application project, or work your own team should complete first.

Make the next 90 days intentional.

Tell us what leadership is trying to improve and what is already happening with Microsoft and AI. We will confirm whether the Roadmap is the right starting point and scope it before any work begins.
