Product · Scale Managed Intelligence

Move from isolated AI wins to a governed operating model in 90 days.

Frontier Transformation is for organizations that already know AI belongs in the operating model and are ready to scale beyond one pilot. We align the Microsoft foundation, Copilot adoption, a prioritized agent portfolio, governance, measurement, and executive operating cadence into one 90-day program.

  • 90 days
  • Fixed-scope transformation
  • Microsoft licensing and consumption separate

This is not “more AI”

Scale requires an operating model.

The difference between a successful pilot and an organization-wide AI program is not the number of agents. It is whether the organization can answer:

  • Which use cases are worth scaling?
  • Who owns each AI workload?
  • What identity and permissions does it use?
  • What data can it touch?
  • Which actions require human approval?
  • How is performance evaluated?
  • What does it cost?
  • What business outcome is it expected to improve?
  • Who decides whether to tune, expand, or retire it?

Frontier Transformation builds those answers into the program while production work is being deployed.

The 90-day work

Seven workstreams, running together.

Portfolio

Select the Copilot and agent workloads that create the highest value within the program scope. The number of workloads follows complexity and value, not a fixed count.

Foundation

Resolve Microsoft 365, identity, security, data, environment, or licensing dependencies that would make scaling fragile.

Copilot

Move priority user populations from generic access toward role-based scenarios, adoption, and measurement.

Agents

Design and launch the production agent workloads included in scope using the appropriate Microsoft architecture.

Governance

Establish inventory, ownership, identity, permissions, environment strategy, human-control rules, evaluation, lifecycle, and change-management expectations.

Economics

Establish visibility into relevant license, consumption, and operating cost. Connect AI cost to the business measure the workload exists to improve.

Operating cadence

Create the management rhythm that continues after Day 90: portfolio review, risk review, value review, new-use-case intake, and retirement decisions.

Where Microsoft 365 E7 and Agent 365 fit

Platform choices follow the operating model.

Microsoft 365 E7 and Microsoft Agent 365 are current options for organizations scaling AI with advanced identity, security, governance, Copilot, and agent operations.

We evaluate Microsoft 365 E7 when its bundled Copilot, Agent 365, identity, security, and governance economics fit the target operating model. We do not make E7 mandatory because of seat count alone.

Microsoft Agent 365 is Microsoft’s control plane for observing, governing, and securing agents. We use it where its capabilities fit your agent estate and licensing. It is not assumed to be present in every environment.

What you leave with

An operating model, not a pile of deployments.

  • Prioritized production AI portfolio
  • Microsoft target architecture
  • Deployed Copilot and agent workloads defined in scope
  • Agent and workload inventory and ownership model
  • Governance and human-approval model
  • Evaluation and telemetry approach
  • AI consumption and cost model
  • Operating cadence and executive review format
  • 90-day closeout and next-quarter roadmap
  • Customer-owned documentation and runbooks defined in the SOW

On pricing: You get a fixed program fee in writing once scope and participating stakeholders are agreed, before the program is committed. We do not publish a price for this engagement because the scope varies enough that a headline number would mislead more than it helps.

Frontier Transformation is a fixed-scope program. Scope, participating stakeholders, timeline, and fee are confirmed before kickoff. Microsoft licensing and consumption are separate and sized to the architecture.

Microsoft programs may help fund or accelerate eligible engagements. Availability, customer eligibility, workload eligibility, and investment amount depend on Microsoft’s current program rules and are confirmed before scope. Microsoft funding is not guaranteed.

Who it is for.

A strong fit when

  • One or more AI pilots have already proven useful
  • Leadership is prepared to change process, not only buy licenses
  • Multiple departments or workflows are in scope
  • Security, data, IT, and business leadership can participate
  • The organization wants an operating model, not a collection of disconnected deployments
