The shift

Your staff are using AI. The question is whether you can see it.

Three out of four employees are already using AI at work. Most of it is ungoverned. The question is not whether AI is at your organization. It's whether you can see it, govern it, and answer the next question on the list.

“Ask yourself: who takes the blame when things go wrong?”

Inforcer MIP whitepaper, on the cost of ungoverned AI

The fix is not banning AI. The fix is the Microsoft platform deployed as the sanctioned alternative, governed by the security stack you already pay for, with a path that walks your organization from shadow AI to the Frontier Firm in stages. Microsoft itself has moved the same direction: from the Frontier Firm announcement in April 2025 to the general availability of Microsoft 365 E7 and Microsoft Agent 365 in May 2026, governed agents are now a first-class part of the platform.

The leading edge: Centered AI Practice

From shadow AI to Frontier Firm. A staircase, not a leap.

The Centered AI Practice is a four-stage productized engagement ladder that takes mission-driven organizations from “we use ChatGPT informally” to “we operate as a Frontier Firm with managed AgentOps.” Pick the stage that matches where you are now. Every stage has a guaranteed outcome, a fixed price, and a transparent path to the next stage. No lock-in. No 12-month contracts. No surprise invoices.

The platform

The AI Practice runs on the CompleteCare platform.

CompleteCare is a seven-tier Microsoft platform we deliver as managed services. Each tier is a distinct capability area, independently buyable, on one operating model: predictable monthly pricing, a Service Delivery Manager, real engineering capacity, and the No-Lock-In Promise. Every client starts with Foundations and adds the tier they need when they need it.

Foundations spans the top as the universal prerequisite anchor; six upper tiers stack below in two rows: Govern, Intelligence (the marquee AI tier), and Shield in the first row; Automate, Insight, and Construct in the second row.

Governed before it is turned on. Foundations is the prerequisite for Govern, Intelligence, and Shield: these run on the Microsoft 365 tenant and cannot operate safely without the baseline. That is the principle behind the whole stack. Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, and Sentinel are governance instruments, and we operate them as such, on day one, on every tenant we touch.

You can run CompleteCare as a managed service, a recurring monthly engagement with planned engineering capacity and a Service Delivery Manager who owns the relationship, or buy any tier as a scoped Project SOW with a defined timeline and defined deliverables. When a project ends, you keep what we built.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

What is the Centered AI Practice?

The Centered AI Practice is the four-stage productized engagement ladder we deliver for organizations adopting Microsoft 365 Copilot and agents. Stage 1 is the Centered AI Quickstart ($5K–$15K, 2 weeks): a Shadow AI audit and Copilot readiness diagnostic. Stage 2 is the Centered Agent Launchpad ($25K–$50K, 4–6 weeks): your first production agent live with governance and KPI tracking. Stage 3 is the Centered Frontier Transformation ($75K–$150K, 90 days): Microsoft 365 E7 (Frontier Suite) deployment, multi-agent operations, AI Center of Excellence. Stage 4 is Centered Managed AgentOps (recurring, $500–$1,500 per agent per month): agent lifecycle management as a managed service. Every stage has a fixed price, a guaranteed outcome, and a transparent path to the next stage.

How is the AI Practice different from just buying Microsoft 365 Copilot?

Microsoft 365 Copilot is a license. The Centered AI Practice is what makes the license safe and useful. Three differences. First, governance: Copilot deployed against an ungoverned tenant accelerates the shadow data risk it was supposed to solve. Second, agents: Copilot is an assistant; the agents that deliver Pattern 2 and Pattern 3 outcomes require build-and-deploy work outside the license. Third, operations: agents need ongoing lifecycle management, KPI tracking, and governance evolution. The license gets you to the door. The Practice gets you across the room.

Do we have to do all four stages of the AI Practice?

No. Most organizations start at the stage that matches where they are. If you’re still discovering shadow AI, start with the Quickstart. If you’ve done the diagnostic and want a production agent, start with the Agent Launchpad. If you’re ready to operate as a Frontier Firm, start with Frontier Transformation. Each stage is independently buyable and produces a defensible outcome on its own. The ladder is a sequence, not a requirement.

What is CompleteCare?

CompleteCare is the managed-services brand under which Centered Networks delivers the Microsoft platform to mission-driven organizations. It’s a single umbrella with seven independently-buyable tiers (Foundations, Govern, Automate, Insight, Construct, Intelligence, and Shield), each addressing a distinct capability area on Microsoft 365 and Azure. Clients start with Foundations and add upper tiers as their maturity grows. The Centered AI Practice runs on top of CompleteCare: the Practice is how customers engage Intelligence tier work; CompleteCare is the platform the Practice runs on.

Do we have to buy all seven tiers?

No. Most clients start with Foundations and add one or two upper tiers over the first 12–24 months. Govern, Intelligence, and Shield are stacked on top of Foundations (they require the Microsoft 365 tenant baseline). Automate, Insight, and Construct can stand alone, though we recommend Foundations for governance reasons.

Can we just buy a one-time project without the managed service?

Yes. Every tier is available as a Project SOW: scoped, fixed-deliverable, finite. When the project ends, you keep what we built. If you want ongoing management later, the managed service is still here. Either entry point works.

What does “month-to-month” actually mean?

It means the recurring managed-services tiers carry no 12-month contract. You give 30 days’ written notice and the tier stops. Project SOWs operate on their own terms per the engagement document; those have project milestones and termination rules described in the SOW.

Who does Centered Networks serve?

Nonprofits, foundations, and rural hospitals, typically organizations with 50–1,000 Microsoft Business Premium-licensed users. Examples include The Asia Foundation, Silicon Valley Community Foundation, Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles, Trust for the National Mall, and Bonner General Health.

Why are you a Microsoft Solutions Partner with five designations?

Modern Work, Security, Infrastructure (Azure), Data & AI (Azure), and Digital & App Innovation (Azure): five separate disciplines verified by Microsoft. Most partners hold one or two. Five signals depth across the platform, not a single practice. It also means CompleteCare doesn’t stop at Microsoft 365. Construct, Insight, and parts of Intelligence run on the Azure side, and the partner depth is what makes that possible.

How do we get started?

A Discovery Sprint. Two weeks. We assess your current Microsoft 365 environment, identify the highest-priority hygiene findings, name the right starting tier (almost always Foundations), and produce a 90-day roadmap with measurable KPIs. No commitment beyond insight.

Are you the right fit for an organization that isn’t on Microsoft 365 Business Premium?

If you’re willing to consolidate to Business Premium, yes. We’ll walk that consolidation with you in the Foundations engagement. If you’re not on Business Premium and don’t want to move, we’ll tell you that directly. CompleteCare is built specifically for the Business Premium and Azure stack; other platforms are out of scope.
